UniqSkill Development Academy Pvt.Ltd., (USDAPL) is a Bengaluru based comprehensive foundation which integrates varied talent to strengthen the society needs, was triggered by the increasing demand of trained manpower for jobs created in various sectors of skills. USDAPL is based on addressing the needs of the industry and is, therefore, focused on making students work ready. We work extensively with various key stakeholders – Government (Central and State), private companies (sponsors and employers), foundations, international bodies, trainees and parents - creating a vibrant mix of sponsored and trainee/employer-paid programmes, with a single objective of matching youth to jobs, or self-employment and to utilise available opportunities.

USDAPL is incorporated to pursue its main objectives to promote, establish, setup, monitor, govern and regulate institutions and academies for skills excellence for development of core employability skills, competency standards and for promoting technology that meets the demands of various industries globally, preferably with uniform services of India which provide ample opportunities for youth to serve with pride. USDAPL is a premier organisation in providing skills and livelihood training to people from different social groups, through improvement in income and standard of living.
