Pre-recruitment training for Armed Forces:
The main goal of Uniq Skill Development Academy is to provide pre-recruitment training for youth particularly from Karnataka to join the Indian Army, Navy, Air force and Para military forces such as BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP and etc and state services such as the Police, Fire and Civil Defence, to fulfill the quota allotted for Karnataka according to the population. Along with the above the training for security personal will also be given s per Government of India norms. The training includes Physical fitness, mental ability and for preparing the aspirants for the written examination. The selection of candidates will be done by Board of authority constituted for the purpose.
Corporate Training
To ease the stress and work pressure among the corporate employees and make them to rejuvenate for their work, Uniq Skill Development Academy will organize weekend and regular courses for the employees of corporate sector. This includes yoga, meditation, personality development course, stress management and more to create and increase the efficiency among them. Suitable medical and psychology doctors will assist the employees to reduce stress and rejuvenate themselves with confidence, which will boost their work efficiency.
Education
Keeping in mind the training available at the Sainik schools the Uniq Skill Development Academy is planning to provide good 10+2 teaching for the candidates who join the pre-recruitment camp. During their stay at the campus the youth will be imparted quality education for 10+2 which in turn will help them to face the written examination confidently. This will be a part of their training programmer.
